Sarah Mraz: The Modern Nomad

A fashion design student from the suburbs of Philadelphia, I have always had a passion for art and design. As a teenager I taught myself how to sew and learned how to translate my art into fabric and form. My collection, The Modern Nomad, stemmed from my love of ethnic inspired bohemian fashion and utility wear. The pieces combine embellishment, handwoven texture with light flowing layers, and heavy utility jackets. This is a girl that is both feminine and tough, adventurous yet fashionable. She travels the world and pulls inspiration from every place she visits and mixes these styles seamlessly. She is The Modern Nomad.
