Reagan Holt: Sensori

“Sensori” is a collection of fabrics and home decor designed with the intention of being used in a nursery setting. This collection was created to help parents challenge their children’s growing brains through interacting with their 5 senses. Sensory products are very important to growing children and without the exposure to sensory products children can develop cognitive challenges down the road. With this collection I want to create a way for busy parents to expose their children to stimulation in their room even when the parent is not present. This is done through thought out designs and fabrics that are used to provoke tactile and visual stimulation and promote cognitive development. I also wanted to incorporate and challenge the normal nursery color palettes by using a more mature color palette that can stay with the child as they continue to grow.
