Ava Bagyi: L’eau du ryū

My collection is heavily inspired by Japonisme (Influence japonaise sur l’art occidental), Paintings by Edouard Vuillard and Pierre Bonnard, disproportions of size and form within nature, such as large-headed creatures. My tailoring is inspired by Yves Saint Laurent’s pinnacle years in the ’80s. There are probably other actors that are influencing my design process but these are the ones that I can see most clearly.
